Lars Bottke



Lars Bottke is working as a Business Consultant since 2010 for Acando GmbH. He is an active member of Acando’s Expert Groups Project Management and Test Management as well as of the GPM professional group agile Management – methods.

In his function as a Business Consultant Lars is in charge of requirement analysis and managing those requirements within software projects as a project manager in traditional or agile environments. He focuses on requirements engineering, project management as well as quality assurance. In addition, Lars has a profound knowledge in PMO implementation and support as well as in IT Project Portfolio Management.
